Just arrived – a few cardstock projects…
I’ve got one Metcalfe cardstock building on the layout, the station building at the Centreville West Station is Metcalfe’s Settle & Carlisle Station building and since that went reasonably well I’ve decided to add several more of their building to the layout.
While many of their buildings have a distinctly English look, I think many will work well even in a fairly generic American town. They’re fairly detailed, and best of all, I don’t have to paint any of them.
The last Metcalfe kit I ordered from Britannia Models, but their selection has been a bit light lately so these were all ordered from Rails of Sheffield.
I think this will keep me busy for a bit…
